Kaylee Elle

In September my beautiful precious niece was born sleeping. The heartache, pain and grief that comes with losing such a sweet baby is unreal! We all got the chance to hold her and spend time with her. NILMDTS came and got some amazing family pictures that we all cherish so much! The sunflower was named as Kaylee's flower and it's amazing how many you see around just every day! I love her so much and miss her more then words could ever describe! She'll always be my little Princess! I can't wait to see you again!

I Love Being An Aunt

I absolutely LOVE being an aunt! I love that living closer to them I can pick them up and hang out with them or go visit them any time I want! I love all the personalities of all of them! I love to see them grow and learn new things! I just absolutely LOVE being an aunt and I am so blessed to have so many precious kids call me Kiki! I love them each to the moon and back!

New Car

I am heartbroken to report that Mydis has finally kicked it for good! I had had my beloved Mydis for 7 years and she was an AMAZING car! I loved her so much and she experienced so much with me! That car had an attitude bigger then her mine! There were times that she was being a brat and I would call my parents and tell them they needed to talk to their grandcar! People said I was attached to her in an unhealthy way and that I would need therapy but she was my baby! She moved to Texas and Virginia with me and experienced so many of life's memories with me! I will admit I cried a little when I watched her get towed away for the last time! I miss her and her spunky attitude! However I did find a new car! Who is still nameless! I thought I'd call her PMS because she's bitchn', but we will see! My new car has got some horse power (she's a V8 hemi) and a sunroof! I love my new car and hope to get as attached to her as I was to Mydis!

I don't have a picture of my new car but this is what she looks like!

Color Festival

I have always wanted to participate in the color festival but have always lived out of town while it takes place, well this year since I lived here I decided that I wanted to do it! My brother and I took a girl that I use to nanny and her friends and we went! It was so much fun! We went to the smaller one here in town vs the bigger one because of schedule conflicts we will be going to the bigger one next year for sure! It was still so much fun listening to music and getting covered in colors!

Annual River Trip

My entire family joined my sister-in-law's family on their annual River run trip (you may remember my post from years ago where I almost "died" on this trip). It was SO much fun! It was so fun to have my whole family there (minus one brother and his girl). We are so blessed that the C family is always so willing to let others join in on the fun! We took my brothers kids with us while they stayed at home and did a few things so it was like being a mom for me on that trip, but kids and camping is so much fun!  We had a blast doing river runs, crafts, staying up late, roasting marshmallows, we went to Jackson Hole one day, really nothing beats being outside in nature! I LOVE summer!!

I never take enough pictures! One thing I have been trying to do is be in the moment, to many times we miss moments because we are trying to "capture" them, we need to be better at being present for them!

New Nephew

In the middle of May I became an aunt again! Pacman was born with fluid in his lungs and had to be in the NICU for about a week. Other then mom and dad aunt Kiki was the first person to hold him and this made me so very happy! It's amazing how much you can love your nieces and nephews and how much that love continues to grow!

Brother and Sister wanted to badly to meet and hold him but since he was in the NICU kids weren't aloud to go in there so the nurses were nice enough to let us bring him to the door so brother and sister could see him!

Disneyland for 24 hours!

In May Disneyland was open for a 24 hour period so two friends and I decided that we had to go!! It was a really quick trip but SO much fun! We had a blast, it was like being a little kid again! Around 2am we started getting deliriously tired and were coming up with funny poses for pictures, random games (we were trying to see all the weird places we could pretend to be asleep at and if we could get any pictures of us pretending to be asleep with strangers without them knowing). We were seriously some of the giddiest, craziest, people there  but we had so much fun! We said that we WILL be going back if they do another 24 hour day. Plus who doesn't love Disneyland it's such a magical place!
