Ode to Miss A

My beautiful little niece is the most amazing, smartest, funiest, most fun, awesome little girl that I know. From the day we met my life has not been the same. We are such close friends! I love that she loves to do stuff with me, we love to go to the movies, lunch, the park, get "manatiers and peditates" ( manicures and pedicures), have sleepovers, play any crazy fun game that we make up and sew. She is such a great girl with an awesome personality and I love how I have a close relationship with her! She sure knows how to make her aunt proud, I love how she has excelled in school and how she has learned so many life lessons with a heart of gold! I love her so much and am so grateful that I get to be her aunt KiKi! I love you so much baby girl!!

Haiti

My heart is broken and continues to break for the people of Haiti who have lost their lives, lost a loved one, lost their house, lost their belongings, lost everything.. I honestly can't even imagine what they are experiencing right now. Can we help them?! Can't we temporarily bring them here to stay where there are people willing to help, food to eat, water to drink, medical care available, places to sleep.. We could bring them here to help them while their men and some of our help to rebuild a beautiful country! We have been so good about donations and helping by giving our money but as a country isn't there something else we can do?

Sporting a new set of wheels

This past week we got Annabel's new wheelchair in and as her dad said "wow that's like the cadillac of wheelchairs." It is a tilt and space which means it can recline which is so nice for her tummy and back to not always be sat straight up. it also has a pole for her feeding bag which will make it so much easier for traveling since the bag higher then her, on the other side it has a spot for her oxygen tank if she were to need it. You can tell she is so comfortable while sitting in it and that is the MOST important thing!

Thru the eyes of a toddler

My little nephew J earned the nickname "paparazzi" because he loves to take pictures!! He will take my camera and just walk around saying "cheese" just repeatedly pushing the button. While most of his pictures were of feet, people from the waist down, cupboards, the floor or anything with in his direct eye level he did manage to get a couple really good picture. I can't believe how fast he is growing! He is going to be 2 in just a couple weeks! I love you bubbers!

While these aren't his good ones that I am talking about I just love these ones, they are what he sees..

My little hero

I sure missed this little Angel while I was away! She is such a strong amazing little girl, she had surgery less then a week ago and she has been nothing but laughs and smiles! She has the best attitude and personality in the world! I love her and am so greatful to have her in my life! I love you boo!
